How many should I take?

Adults and children over 12 years - Take 3 tablets once, then take an additional 1 tablet every 2 hours if required. Take a maximum of 5 tablets in 24 hours.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding take a maximum of 2 tablets in 24 hours. -
Motion sickness: Take 30 minutes before traveling for optimum effect. Dosage as per instruction above.
